Adding Users

You will need to log into Collections MAX Administrator using the root user name and password.  The root password is the SUPER user and will automatically give the user all privileges on the system.  If a user logs in under a different user than root, the user will have limited capabilities and will be unable to perform functions like adding users, exporting accounts,  or editing client and portfolio information.

First log into Collections MAX Administrator using the root user name and password.

Then in the main control panel click on the Collectors and Managers button.  You will see a screen like below.

Click the ADD button inside the Collectors box.  The first yellow Login Name box is the user name for the collector.  Fill out the rest of the required information including a password.

Select the manager for this collector and click OK.

Your Collector has successfully been created and your collector can now log into Collections MAX Collector / Professional using the login info that you used to create the collector.
You can do the same using the controls in the Manager box to add a Manager.
